If in Knoxville Tn, suggest trying Bruce Bogartz restaurant Rouxbarb where the flavors are big and bold....amazing Q especially pulled pork and brisket from a smoke shack out back at lunch(also available at dinner)...Bruce's outgoing personality matches the food quite well!
